An Unusually Creative Conversation
7 – 9 pm – Ticketed event

Featuring Green Party Leader Elizabeth May, best-selling author/collage artist Nick Bantok (Griffin & Sabine series) and former President of Earth Day Canada Jed Goldberg with CTV’s Astrid Braunschmidt emceeing in the St. Ann’s Chapel.
Nick will be signing his newest book The Trickster’s Revenge following the talk and books will be available for sale.  More info

Concert in collaboration with Mighty Speck Records and Silent Auction in the St. Ann’s Auditorium. Featuring: Daniel Lapp, Colleen Eccleston, Katrina Kadoski, James Kasper, Jonny Miller, Daniel Francis, Chris Andres, Ronda Rozon, and Jim Moffatt.

Featuring: displays, dj’s, live music, food carts, children’s activities, silent auctions, photography and art displays, talks, exhibits, interactive activities, puppets, costumes and more! DJ Nils and DJ Joshua will be providing world-beat tunes throughout the day!

Join the Earth Walk & Parade starting at Centennial Square at noon and arriving at the festival at 1 pm. The Earth Walk celebrates community organizations that champion some of the many issues that face people here and all over the world.

Be sure to bring your water bottle for a free fill-up at the CRD water cart. Enjoy organic tea and coffee from Level Ground, try one of the “top five foods you will soon be eating” (Wall Street Journal) at DeeBee’s Tea Pops, fresh local products from Local Motive, Mexican tamales, yummy perogies from Hungry Rooster, delicious Wannawafels, and check out one of Victoria’s newest food carts Juma premiering at the festival.

Our food court also features music by a number of accomplished award-winning musicians, including: Doug Galbraith, Terry Brennan, Alfons Fear & Aaron Watson of The Sentimentals, and the duo Amy and Tafadjzwa Matamba of Mbira Spirit.
