HEARTFULNESS Meditation is a simple and practical way to experience the heart’s unlimited resources. If you are seeking relaxation, an individual meditation practice or the deepest connection to your inner being, you are welcome to join us to experience this simple heart-based approach. Meditation has been found to be good for one’s health and wellness while bringing peace and relaxation much needed in our busy lives. In Victoria we offer free 4-week sessions on Learn to Meditate: Getting to Know Your Inner Self every Monday at 7 pm, and a group meditation at 7 pm every Wednesday.
