My personal leadership philosophy is to build “a safe place to learn and grow, together.” Together with my team at Wellspring, we have transformed our workplace into an engaged, sustainable, values-driven workplace. People feel respected and enjoy coming to work.

I spent twenty years working as an Athletic Therapist, working in rehab clinics and with sports teams across Canada.  My proudest accomplishment as an Athletic Therapist was winning a Vanier Cup at the University of Western Ontario in 1994.  In 2009 I changed careers and began working in the social services sector full time.  I started at Wellspring in 2014.

In the fall of 2015 I returned to school at Royal Roads University, attaining a Graduate Certificate in Values Based Leadership. It was a transformational journey that allowed me to be more conscious and aware of who I am and how I want to lead. I was able to develop intentional strategies to lead in a way that is fulfilling to me and the team I lead. In 2016 and 2017, I completed the Cultural Transformation Tools (CTT) training from the Barrett Values Centre, a worldwide leader in the development of values based leaders and values-driven organizations. I am also in the process of achieving the title of Certified Canfield Success Principles Trainer (still working on it).  I have the tools and the skills to support leaders to transform their organizations to be guided by their personal values and the values of the people they work with.

Of particular interest to me is, to engage in meaningful dialogue with fellow travellers on a values-driven path.  I enjoy speaking of my own values, as it is in that dialogue that the true meaning becomes clear, and transformation can occur.  I am also fulfilled when helping others find their path, to become aware of their own values and seek their own transformation.  Do you want to start a new journey to be aware of what brings meaning to you?  Do you want to build a life with purpose, and to define actions and behaviours that will show you are living your life with meaning?  Send me a message and we’ll see how we can help you.  Services can be as inexpensive as free, and can be tailored to individuals, groups, teams or organizations.

I’m happy to start with just chat, so send me a message and we’ll start with some free, but powerful dialogue.
