DESCRIPTION:Join musicians with the University of Victoria Music Department SALT Festival in collaboration with Friends of Uplands Park to celebrate nature and music in Uplands Park in Oak Bay. \nOn Saturday\, September 12 at 10 am\, the celebration will start at Cattle Point in Uplands Park with Birdsong: Listening and Bird Watching Walk led by members of Friends of Uplands Park. \nOn Sunday\, September 13 at 6 am\, there will be a Dawn Concert with members of the SALT Orchestra at a location to be announced. \nIn the evening at 7:30 pm\, the SALT Festival Orchestra will perform Birdsong: An Evening Concert at the Philip T. Young Recital Hall in the MacLaurin Building on Ring Road.
