DESCRIPTION:Community Led FernFest ______\nSaturday JUNE 13th Noon – 10pm\nBetween Fernwood Square to The Fernwood Community Centre to the Fernwood Skate Park and Stevenson Memorial Park \nA neighbourhood celebration of 100+ local artisans\, live music\, delicious food\, beer truck\, kids activities and community fun! Free admission\, everyone welcome. We hope you can join us for this family-friendly gathering to help support our friends at the Fernwood Neighbourhood House (formerly NRG) \n12pm – 10pm Live music one stage in the Skate Park behind the Fernwood Community Centre 1240 Gladstone Ave.\nWe are honoured to be opening at noon with the lək̓ʷəŋən Traditional Dancers * TK the Artist * Garden City Soul Club * Baby Boy and the Earthling Delights * Millet * Charmed * Hot Pot * The Bankes Brothers * Chopping Spree \n12pm – 7pm Artisan Street Market on Gladstone Ave. From the Fernwood Community Centre to the Fernwood Inn\nYou’ll find DJ’s\, Tarot\, Flowers and Activities in the square\, workshops and chill zone in with the FCAA at Little Fernwood \, Accupunture by donation with Hemma\, a Photo Booth and Meant Well Books Pop Up. Down Gladstone Ave you’ll find a 100+ Artisan Street Market with Delicious Foods\, Free Face Painting & Button Making\, Terrarium Building & Charm Keychain Making drop in Workshops. As you round the corner from the Fernwood Community Centre you’ll find a stage with Live Music and a BEER GARDEN stocked with Local Brew & non alcohol options. Across the way in the grassy park you’ll find a great selection of Food Trucks and a DUNK TANK where you can help us raise money to dunk your local City Councillors.
