DESCRIPTION:The Victoria Transit Riders’ Union has some exciting events coming up this summer as we organize for free and excellent transit: \nIn preparation for Pride\, we are hosting an art day on Saturday\, June 20 at 1PM at NeighbourSpace. We’ll be making signs and a cardboard bus. \nAfter this\, we’ll be at the Victoria Pride Parade on Sunday July 12. This is a large community event and an exciting opportunity to build our movement\, so we’d love for you to join us! \nIf you’d like to help us as a volunteer for these and other events in the works\, we invite you to join our volunteer Signal chat. We are working to build our membership in advance of our first AGM later this year\, and volunteers are greatly appreciated. \nWe are grateful for your support and solidarity!
