Free vocal jazz Friday night at Pag’s set to open the Gershwin Songbook

Pagliacci’s (4.4 stars Google Maps from over 5000 reviews) presents a relaxed evening of romantic vocal jazz quartet, classic 50s style, while you wine and dine on Pag’s signature pasta, Italian staples, varied menu and homemade bread. Cocktails, wine and beers on offer! Globe-trotting Vancouver Island jazz vocalist Angela Verbrugge will be joined by soulful jazz:pianist Dr Tony Genge (PhD Music), bassist Ross Macdonald. Angela was recognized by JazzTimes Magazine as Best Female Vocalist in the readers’ poll in 2020. The group will romp through delightful swing, passionate Latin grooves, heartfelt blues and sweet jazz focused on Gershwin this evening.
