Break Through the Climate Silence
Monday, June 1 - Sunday, June 7
Country-Wide Week of Action | June 1 – 7, 2026
Seniors for Climate is organizing a Canada-wide Week of Action during Environment Week, from June 1-7, with community events designed to break through the climate silence.
Groups across the country will host community picnics, climate cafes, neighbourhood walk-and-talks, open mic storytelling, music events, intergenerational discussions, seniors climate town halls, climate talk pop-ups, storytelling corners, and many other kinds of opportunities.
We’re opening conversations in our communities, reducing polarization, and helping Canadians talk openly and honestly about climate again. This upcoming Environment Week, let’s talk climate.
