Cemetery Tour: Born in the USA

This year the USA is celebrating its 250th anniversary, so John Adams will mark the occasion with a tour about Americans who left their place of birth to live (and die) in Victoria. The roster is long and includes men, women and children from almost every state and from many walks of life. Today’s tour features a small sample of some of the most interesting and colourful characters who fit the criterion. On the list will be ships captains, pioneering women, ne’er do wells, soldiers, teachers, confectioners and even a premier.
