Access Gallery, 222 E Georgia Street, Vancouver, presents PENDING, a Critical and Curatorial Studies MA Thesis exhibition by Cynthia MacMillan until Oct. 1. Featuring works by Allysa Pierre, Amanda Kachadoorian Jordi, Dana Qaddah, Deon Feng, and Sonny Assu, the exhibition explores the entanglements of territory, labour, and the accumulation of value. It examines in-betweens between state and capital and the market and colonial structures, considering concrete resistance through a reflection on belonging.
