We are looking for eight guinea-pigs. Of the human variety. Might you be one?
I am part of a new group called the Nanaimo Community Climate Connectors. We share a deep concern about the growing climate emergency, which is threatening our whole world, and the future of our children.
We are developing a training that will give us the confidence to approach our neighbours, and to offer support to anyone who is wondering how they can reduce their family’s climate pollution.
Before we jump in with a group of actual neighbours, we want to trial our approach with some friendly people – like YES members and supporters!
We are planning to do this on Wednesday February 24th, from 6-7pm, via Zoom, and we are looking for 8 people who would be guinea-pigs on the call.
