Via Choralis presents a unique blend of music from 16th century England including pub songs, madrigals and songs sung in the courts and fields. This music is complemented by Acadian and First Nations songs from Canada. Vancouver Island’s own multi-instrumental group, the Banquo Folk Ensemble joins on a variety of period instruments to make this a unique and memorable musical experience.
