Find Your Inner Peace + Alignment – Adult Intuitive Painting Program

“Find Your Inner Peace + Alignment” is 9 week program combining David Hawkins, “Map of Consciousness” with intuitive painting. Each week a low vibration emotion & any subsequent emotions etc are released through guided meditation. Then after the release, everything gets dumped onto the canvas in a fun, messy and creative way! This is about going a bit deeper and using paint and the canvas as your tools.

Day + Time: Wednesdays 11:30am to 1:30pm
Dates: Feb 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th, March 6th, 13th, April 3rd, 10th, 17th
