FTFO and Council of Canadians South Okanagan are hosting with support of Seniors for Climate South Okanagan.

BC faces fires, floods, and drought from clear-cutting forestry. Jobs are at risk from geopolitical pressures, but can they transition to caring for forests instead of ‘harvesting’? The expert panel will share their best knowledge about how we can move forward in this unstable climate regime, with many ongoing community challenges that are threatening or already damaging our watersheds.
