Marvellous Mushrooms from Royal BC Museum

From the Royal BC Museum, BC’s Marvellous Mushrooms explores the science and practical uses of mushrooms in British Columbia. The exhibition highlights some of the province’s 3,400 known species, including familiar, unusual, delicious, and deadly varieties, and examines their roles in ecosystems.
Interpretive panels, hand-sculpted mushroom models, and foraging equipment explore mushrooms as sources of food, dyes, and medicine, as well as objects of ceremony and beauty.
