Its a free, immersive public art installation exploring water as language, memory, and connection across cultures.
Location: Saanich Municipal Hall (770 Vernon Avenue, Victoria BC) Monday to Friday 8:30 to 4:30.
Dates: July 15 to August 31, 2026
