Pacific Peoples’ Partnership is delighted to offer Stories of Resilience: a transformative cultural and artistic experience designed to lift spirits, recognize resiliency and build Allyship through a celebration of Indigenous stories and art. This program will provide monthly stipends, work experience and leadership opportunities to participating Indigenous and South Pacific youths through a self-determined process. The project is open to youths aged 15-29 and who self-identify as Indigenous, South Pacific or Descendant of a South Pacific person. This cohort of up to 8 selected youths will design and lead the project with support and mentorship from Pacific Peoples’ Partnership, their communities along with guidance from technical experts, mentors and trainers.

Stories of Resilience will offer an opportunity for Indigenous communities to connect, and it will provide a space to reflect on how their skills, knowledge, and cultural teachings have given them hope and helped them overcome significant challenges like COVID-19.
