The QMS Eco-club has been working on a super exciting initiative to celebrate our success in getting Queen Margaret’s School declared a Bee School, and supporting the City of Duncan in making a commitment to protecting pollinators, and becoming the first Bee City on Vancouver Island!
Introducing – The Buzz About Bees: A online panel featuring youth, researchers, educators and local government representatives in conversation about the importance of bees, how it’s important that work to celebrate and protect pollinators centres around engaging youth, and this exciting time for friends of the bees in the Cowichan Valley.
