The Interceptors, a story about a community-driven, technology-enabled network of people converting mountains of surplus food into meals that nourish their community, all while reducing greenhouse gases produced by diverting food from landfills. Follow first-generation Filipino-Canadian Chef TJ Conwi as he transforms surplus food into delicious meals for the food insecure. Screen the film any day until April 29th.
