Victoria at Dusk is inviting artists, designers, performers, community groups, and creatives to submit proposals for its winter celebration of light, art, and discovery. Taking place in downtown Victoria, the festival will feature a curated walking route of illuminated installations, digital art, performances, and interactive experiences that explore themes of light, place, enchantment, and discovery.
The call welcomes both new and existing works, including light-based sculptures, projections, temporary public art, and participatory projects suitable for indoor or outdoor presentation. Applications are encouraged from emerging and established artists, with particular interest in First Nations, BIPOC, 2SLGBTQIA+, and other underrepresented creatives. Selected artists will receive honorariums, with the festival taking place Feb. 19–21, 2027.
