In Sooke BC, a community garden has evolved from an idea based on permaculture principles and the desire for a church congregation to give more to the community. This garden grows food for the local food bank and people in need. It is still evolving and looks to become a place of learning about gardening as well as supplying food to the community. The video tells the story of how it evolved and shares some of the techniques that are used in the garden.
