The Victoria Electric Vehicle Association (VEVC) is an Electric Vehicle (and solar) advocacy group with over 900 members across Vancouver Island and Canada. The group conducts twice monthly information/presentation sessions to both members and the public on EV news, renewable energy, and the environment. Each year VEVC is featured in at least four car shows, the Island Farms Christmas Parade, as well as the title sponsor of ‘Eco-Night’ for the Victoria Royals hockey team each February. VEVC is also active in advocacy at all three levels of government as well as at the BC Utility Commission as trusted advisors. Our driving mission statement is “Helping accelerate the change to a Sustainable Energy Future”.
